房間不大，很小，電梯也很小，總體來説還行，萬聖節，附近酒店房間不多。最無語是早上十點，工作人員敲門，十秒內我沒回應，直接打開門，我還沒穿衣服…下次不在來了。

Sehr nettes Personal. Schönes Frühstücksbuffet. Hatten leider Pech, dass unsere Nachtruhe von einem anderen Hast gestört wurde. War sehr hellhörig.

Ich war wirklich enttäuscht. Laut Info sollte die Rezeption bis 22 Uhr besetzt sein, aber um 20:45 Uhr war schon niemand mehr da. Der Check-in über das Terminal hat zwar funktioniert, aber das war schon der erste Minuspunkt. Im Zimmer ging es dann weiter: Auf dem Teppich überall Krümel, an Heizung/Klima Spinnweben, der TV war defekt und im Bad lag Dreck auf dem Boden. Für ein Hotel absolut kein Zustand. Auf meine Anfragen hat niemand reagiert. Am nächsten Morgen konnte ich nicht mal auschecken – das Terminal zeigte an, ich solle zur Rezeption… die natürlich wieder unbesetzt war. Ehrlich gesagt ziemlich frech und absolut unprofessionell. Für den Preis hätte ich viel mehr erwartet. Ich komme definitiv nicht wieder.

I feel scammed by either Trip or BB hotel. BB Essen-Nord have a check in machine for late arrival outside reception hours. I also let them know couple of days before that i would arrive late in the request section. I arrived arround 01:00 but the maschine could not find my booking. I called the emergency number of the hotel. Woman on the phone found the booking but tell me that my creditcard could not be charged due to insufficient funds which is a lie. It was a non refundable booking so creditcard is charges directly by Trip when you book. As a solution she toled me to go to BB hotel Essen Hbf where there is a reception and pay there. So i did and the man at reception could not do much and needed to pay again (higher price) and slept in BB Hbf. This experience is very inconvenient and now i need to try to get my money back for this double payment.

停車免費，整座樓也比較大，房間整體來説比較乾淨衞生，房間也正好，溫度可以，前台服務很熱情，也能講英語，主動介紹早餐！
